Can you go blind after being hit in the eye?

my little 2 year old brother hit me in the eye yesterday with a very heavy phone charger, and then my dad hit it with a football. all of this happened yesterday. the back of my eye hurts veryy bad!!!!!!! sometimes i see tinny little white spots in it!!!! can i go blind n do i need 2 go 2 the hospital??
