Health Science Degree VS Nutrition?

I want to be a Nutritionist AND have a degree in Health Sciences. Reason being: Health Science has a broader range of careers, most of which are working in a hospital. Nutritionists have a more narrow range of careers, but they sound very appealing to me. However, both sound Is there a University that anybody can recommend in which I can receive a Master in Health Sciences, with a minor in nutrition? or would you recommend a Master of Science with a minor in Health Science? I'm looking so far at University of NC in Greensboro, but I'm willing to go really anywhere! Help me find my career pleaseee! thanks!=)
