I am planning to make a trip to NYC,Washington D.C. Niagra, and Atlantic City,NJ..Please advice me.?

Want to Cover New York City,Washington D.C. ,Niagra fallas and Atlantic City,NJ in one tour in the coming September long weekend as I want to attack my tinny pocket at one time..Hehehe...I mean one time flight fare...My current location is Dallas,TX...Please advice me how I can make it.
