How asian people are viewed in Europe?

I know I posted this before but I didn't get that much answers I just want clarification. Since "Asian" is a broad term that consists a wide variety of people, I'll synchronize it. I only mean oriental people, or east-asian (chinese, japaneese and koreans). Are there a lot in Europe or no? How well do they get along there? What do they think of us?
