I need help with a girl ! please help me its important for me :)?

There is this girl that last year, we were kinda interested in each other, we liked each other. But then, i dont know why, everything just shot down, we would not talk anymore, and it kinda just ended (we were not going out but te interestation ended), this year, we talk a tinny bit, sometimes only, but she interests me a lot, and I want it to be like last year en maybe more. She does not like any guy and no guy likes her. how could I do so we could get talking a lot and get going like last year ? what could I do ? TELL ME THE MOST THINGS IN DETAILS ! ANYTHING WOULD HELP ! PLEASE :)
