Why did my girlfriend go back to her ex?

[We broke up before she went back to him] So me and , my girl broke up a while ago. Maybe about 2 weeks ago her mom doesn't like me .. she trys to get her not to talk to me [ I'm 14 so its not a drug issue or problems or w/e she just doesn't like me. ] So i guess she's been talking to her ex for a while i don't mind it .. she's a beautiful girl and i think we were great but the mom was the reason for the break up . What I'm asking is why did she go back to a boy she said she didn't like .. [ the boy looks the same to me , i don't think he looks better then i do alot of girls have said that in the past and i don't think he hasn't upgraded ! But who em i to judge a boy.] So why did she go back i heard they started talking and she just recently started texting him! [ she went back because : she wants to forget about me? 2. She likes him and wants to move on? ___________ ???? And please i know i did say i didn't mind it .. but you guys know how it feels it [ still hurts a bit and i don't want her back its just the tinny pain ] ALSO She did msg me a cupple times if she wanted to meet up but she hasn't texted me ever since Saturday her messages were love messages about meeting up and she also messaged me on mothers day to tell me to have a good one . so yeah ..??
