Got a new puppy, what can i do to make her more comfortable? is she normal? Chinese Crested/Chihuahua?

mom is Chinese Crested/Chihuahua and dad is Chinese Crested. she looks like a tinny Chihuahua and shes scared of everything. she never really plays, like when im petting her she sometimes chews on my finger. shes always sleeping and wanting to cuddle, and the only time ive seen her drink or eat is when i held it right in front of her (ppl i got her from had her on dog chow, i switched her to puppy chow.) she ate one dog bone treat. she seems to be going to the bathroom (not outside lol) trying to get her on a puppy pad, shes peed like 3-5 times, pooped 1ce. Ive had her for two days. is she normal so far? and what can i do to make her less skittish and more comfortable? -born on April 8th.- ((and yes i know i need to get her a Vet visit, but cant afford it for another week))
