Have a few serious concerns. can anyone identify these things?

Well for about 9 months now ive had these 2 things on my penis. One of them is on the bottom on that extra skin below the head it started off as a tinny black spot that was forming underneath the skin there and now its grown to about the size of a pin head (its not on top of the skin its underneath). then a little ways below that and to the right is this hard black spot on top of the skin. its black in the top, but around it the skin is hard and white. this too is about the size of a pin head. and i just recently notice a part of the skin on my penis is red and about the same size as this other stuff. and i also noticed six more of those black spots underneath the skin in other places on my penis. what are these things and should i be worried about them?
