I have a problem with my stoves 1100 richmond cooker?

i heard what sounded like 2 loud bangs come from the main oven i discovered one of the bulbs had exploded leaving the screw thread in .however when i turned the knob to the oven it didn't switch off .The lights and fan stayed on i have isolated it from the mains supply and removed the remains of the bulb and reconnected my oven but still the main oven is on when set to the off position
