Is two walks a day enough to loose weight?

It all depends - losing weight is a combination of eating less and exercising more - basically you need to consume fewer calories than you expend. I figured it all out - my age, height, weight, desired weight, how much I exercies - how many calories I was using through exercise and then figured out what I could eat each day. It is all a calulation and it is the bottom line. Terri Jo Lorz
