Please Help i feel to skinny?
Im a personal trainer and first off you are young, so your metabolism is so fast you cant gain weight which isn't a bad thing. Your boobs will get bigger dont worry about them :) Do situps for a toned stomatch and eat healthy fruits, vegetables, grilled and baked foods. Legs you want to do exercises like squats, calf raises, wall sits, leg presses etc... Everything that you are worried about will come with age just enjoy what you have while you are young. My cousin always was mad about her boobs and she went from a A-DD's in a little over a year! She got a breast reduction so be careful what you wish for. Also for boobs I think B's are the best :) Not to small not to big. Best of luck to you!
