Professional scientists, what do you feel your job performance is rated on?

In the job I have now (research scientist at a government lab) my job performance is based on my publication record, how many talks I give at conferences, and most importantly, the amount of funding I raise for my project (which the lab then takes half of). In the job I'll be starting soon (college professor) publications and funding are still important, but teaching and advising research students becomes more important.
