What time does the usps start delivering mail to an AT&T store?

i've been tracking my phone and today the order showed that last night at 10:05 pm pacific time and that it was processed through and left richmond faclilty. if that is true what time would i get my phone today? and what time does the mail usually start to ship out to the phone companies?
