Best Rental car service?

Hey, we're vacationing to the east coast and we need a rental car. We're gonna be there for 3 weeks and we're landing and leaving in Richmond Virgina. and we need a full size car. What would be the best rental car service, price and reliability wise? Also on Rentalcars.com I was offered $482 for a car from Budget that fits my description. Can I trust it?
