Does vicodin bring back your pain?

I've never had Vicodin bring back pain. If you don't take anymore, and the pain goes away, then it could be the Vicodin, but if you still have pain, then it could be from the cysts and the Vicodin is just not working for you. You'll have to experiment and find out. I think (not sure) that Vicodin only lasts about 4 hours for actual pain relief, but may stay in your system for about three days, depending on your metabolism.
