What is wrong with me? Help please!?

I have a throat infection, I have have been through 2, 5 day scripts of antibiotics and it seems like it is coming back again. Other symptoms are, dry skin on face and scalp, hair folicalitis on thighs, tinnier like rash in groin and reoccurring temperature... Any idea what is wrong with me? I am worried I may have contracted HIV
