How do i get a babysitting license?

Well, I can only answer your babysitting question..sorry. But you can google "red cross babysitting" and there will be a link and you can search your zipcode and find a class near you. The class that I took was 6 hours long, 65 dollars, and for ages 11-15. Good luck with your violin thing! A place to look would be at bookstores and coffee shops on the bulletin boads, and also just by asking around. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful there!
